Today, Beach Development is busier than ever with more than a dozen projects underway in major cities throughout the Southeast. Let’s check in on five of The Beach Company’s many projects under development:

Sola Station | Columbia, SC

Sola Station is now under construction at CanalSide, featuring unmatched views of the Congaree River and easy access to both Three Rivers Greenway and downtown nightlife. Plans for the site include 339 multifamily rental units and 29,000 square feet of commercial space, which will help make CanalSide a premier downtown neighborhood.

Sixth South | Nashville, TN

Sixth South features 297 apartments and 5,000 sf of retail space. Sixth South is in an ideal location in the heart of the popular SoBro district in downtown Nashville, TN. This emerging neighborhood is full of entertainment, dining, and outdoor amenities and is within walking distance to 57,000 jobs.

Summer Wind | Summerville, SC

Summer Wind, a planned 267-unit multifamily community, will take shape in June 2017 as construction begins. It is conveniently located on a 19-acre parcel near Boeing, the Joint Base, a future Volvo plant, and many other area employers, in addition to popular retail on Summerville’s iconic Main Street and Dorchester Road.

Main + Stone | Greenville, SC

Main + Stone recently welcomed its newest commercial tenant, a traditional Greek restaurant called Ji-Roz. Occupancy is steadily climbing and the Main + Stone team anticipates being stabilized at 93 percent by the end of August.

Cooper Hill | Columbia, SC

Pine Arbor will consist of 256 apartments and townhouses and 42,000 square feet of retail in the heart of Forest Acres, S.C. It will be the only walkable apartment community in the surrounding area and has already drawn considerable interest from national retailers and restaurants. The community will appeal to empty-nester households from the surrounding high-end neighborhoods.

Bells Bluff | Nashville, TN

The Beach Company has recently begun construction on Bells Bluff, a 402-unit apartment community situated on the banks of the Cumberland River in West Nashville. Offering unmatched views of the river and Bells Bend Conservation Corridor, Bells Bluff is designed to capture a “modern-lodge” aesthetic, drawing inspiration from wooded settings along the river.
