CanalSide Lofts in Columbia, S.C.
CanalSide is a 23-acre mixed-use development in Columbia’s Vista District on the Congaree River. It is home to 750 residential rental units, including both apartments and town homes. Residents love the pedestrian-friendly neighborhood environment on the banks of the river, as well as the property’s downtown location. The neighborhood feel of the CanalSide community will only be enhanced by the final phase of the project, now under construction. Called Sola Station, this phase will allow for even more stunning waterfront views and river access for residents. With nearly 30,000 square feet of complementary retail space included in this phase, CanalSide will continue to be the most vibrant community in downtown Columbia.
Providence Park in Columbia, S.C.
Providence Park is a Class A luxury apartment home community. Located just off I-77 and Farrow Road, its northeast location provides convenient access to Carolina Research Park, Providence Hospital Northeast, and Pinnacle Point Business Park. Seaside Grove in Myrtle Beach, SC
Seaside Grove is a multifamily community located off of River Oaks Drive, adjacent The World Tour Golf Course in desirable Myrtle Beach. Though the community experienced damage from Hurricane Matthew, Beach Management was quick to repair and replace roofs and restore the landscaping to its naturally beautiful state. Seaside Grove has a consistently stellar occupancy, as residents love the community and the team.
