The Beach Company Announces Grand Opening of The Assembly at Park Circle

The Beach Company announced the grand opening of The Assembly at Park Circle, a new 210-unit multifamily community in North Charleston, S.C. The catered grand opening event, held on October 23, featured a ribbon cutting ceremony, check presentation to Operation Home and live entertainment.

“We are proud to officially open the doors to The Assembly and contribute to the vibrancy of Park Circle in North Charleston,” said Tim Cotter, development manager at The Beach Company. “This project is the culmination of The Beach Company’s over 15-year effort to revitalize the 40-acre GARCO park site.”

Located within GARCO Park, The Assembly consists of three four-story buildings, offering a range of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Unit features include stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, large walk-in closets and luxury vinyl plank flooring. The community is designed to cater to a modern, active lifestyle with an array of premium amenities, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, yoga room, pet spa, co-working lounge, game room and walkability to the area’s most popular dining, retail and nightlife options.

In addition to providing high-quality living spaces, The Beach Company is committed to giving back to the communities in which it builds. To support this mission, it has donated to Operation Home, a North Charleston-based nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals remain in their homes by increasing safety and accessibility.

Furthermore, in the coming weeks, The Assembly will feature a large-scale mural painted by a local artist that will reflect the vibrant arts and culture of the North Charleston area.

The Assembly is ideally located near Interstate 26 and the Interstate 526 Corridor, providing quick access to all the Charleston Metropolitan Statistical Area’s submarkets, including Daniel Island, Mount Pleasant and the beaches of Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms.

Leasing at The Assembly is open for all three buildings. For leasing information, contact The Assembly’s office at 843-376-8905 or visit the community’s website: https://www.assemblyparkcircle.com/.

Aligning with its commitment to support the communities in which it operates, The Beach Company made a donation to Operation Homes, a North Charleston-based nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals remain in their homes by increasing safety and accessibility.
