Clare Kaye is a financial professional with broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing, tax and financial management. She also has direct experience with real estate, financial services, technology, and nonprofits.

Clare attended Rider University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and later obtained her CPA. Clare began her career with The Beach Company in 1992 as a Property Accountant. After working as an Assurance Manager with KPMG LLP from 1993-1999, Clare returned to The Beach Company as VP, Finance and Operations Manager. In 2006, she began her own company, Keystone Business Advisory Services, LLC, where she worked for over 12 years. In 2019, Clare returned, again to The Beach Company as VP, Director of Fund and Investor Accounting. In 2023, Clare was promoted to VP, Director of Tax.

Clare is responsible for overseeing the tax strategy and compliance areas for The Beach Company and its related affiliates.

Needless to say, The Beach Company has been a part of her life since 1992. She has helped the company grow and adapt to the changing marketplace over the last 32 years.
