MOUNT PLEASANT, SC | At just under 20,000 SF, this three-story mixed-use retail and office building was built for Beach Coleman Central, LLC, an affiliate of The Beach Company. The previously vacant lot that once housed a former motel has now been revitalized for mixed-use spaces. The exterior of Coleman Central includes nearly 30% of glass storefront or curtain wall systems, Mashburn said in the release. The building uses structural steel and metal stud framing, with stucco and tongue-and-groove paneling made of plank and metal.
