SCBiz Top Projects is a recognition program honoring the best building and construction work in South Carolina over a 12-month span. The 23-unit luxury waterfront rental community located on the Ashley River in the South of Broad neighborhood stands out not only for its architectural excellence but also for its positive impact on the community. For this recognition, projects were judged on the following criteria: degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors, management and in some cases government, adaptive reuse and sustainability efforts.
