Wendy Kinsella joined The Beach Company in 2002, after serving as Human Resources Manager in the telecom industry for the Fortune 500 Andrew Corporation in Atlanta where she managed overall HR Operations for Georgia, California and Texas locations. She graduated from the University of Georgia and maintains PHR advanced professional credentials.

Wendy directs recruiting/staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, and health and safety compliance for The Beach Company and all of its subsidiaries. A member of the National Society of Human Resources Management and the Tri-County Human Resources Association, she also serves on the Board of Directors for the Charleston County March of Dimes.

With passion for screening and assessing candidates’ credentials, Wendy Kinsella excels at evaluating new hires for their suitability within The Beach Company’s culture. Due to Wendy’s efforts, the company maintains a very sophisticated level of in-house talent to accomplish its goal.
