The Beach Company announced The Jasper was honored at the annual Charleston Apartment Association (CAA) Diamond Awards ceremony held on March 24. The Jasper, a mixed-use community located in downtown Charleston’s historic district, won the Sapphire Diamond Award for Community of the Year in the Communities (0-2 years) category, and Brooklyn Paul, leasing consultant at The Jasper, won 2022 Leasing Professional of the Year.
