Kaitlyn Parry joined The Beach Company in 2024, bringing nearly a decade of experience in treasury and financial operations within the real estate industry. A collaborative leader with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence, Kaitlyn is focused on building scalable financial processes that support the company’s continued growth.

As Director of Treasury & Financial Operations, Kaitlyn oversees the company’s treasury operations, including cash management, banking relationships, payment operations, and financial controls. She also leads cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, financial systems, and enterprise transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency across the organization. In her role, Kaitlyn partners with teams throughout the company to strengthen financial operations and support strategic business initiatives.

Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Carolina and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
