Jess Wisiackas is a Development Manager at The Beach Company where he focuses on real estate development projects across the Southeast. In his role as Development Manager, Jess oversees the initial underwriting, acquisition, entitlement, development and disposition of real estate assets.

With a background in multifamily and large-scale mixed-use development, Jess is experienced in site selection and identifying highest and best use in target markets. He is passionate about creating viable communities and focuses on placemaking when evaluating new opportunities.

Prior to The Beach Company, Jess was a Development Associate with The Meridian Group where he was responsible for The Boro, a premier multi-million square foot development encompassing over 1,000 residential units, 500,000 square feet of office, and 250,000 square feet of destination retail. Before joining Meridian, Jess worked at Greystar Real Estate Partners where he learned his passion for multifamily housing. 

Jess holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University. He is active in his local community of Mount Pleasant and enjoys spending time with his family when away from the office.
