The Beach Company is pleased to announce the grand opening of Hutton & Home’s flagship store at The Jasper, a luxury 12-story mixed-use building located in Charleston’s iconic Harleston Village neighborhood.
With roots in Atlanta, Hutton & Home was founded by Hutton Snellings Scheel and Catherine McGahan. The retailer occupies 3,660 square feet on The Jasper’s ground floor, offering curated collections of original art and fine home furnishings as well as interior design services.

Located at 310 Broad Street in Suite 100, Hutton & Home joins a community of restaurants and retail on the first floor of The Jasper, including Costa*, serving coastal Italian-inspired dinner, Alcove Market, offering daily breakfast and lunch with a curated grab-and-go pantry, Spa Azure, Baseline Fitness, Form Charleston and Ashley Artisan Suites, with a few remaining available spaces offering the neighborhood a range of new options.
The Jasper includes 75,000 square feet of AAA-office space and 25,000 square feet of first-floor retail space with an enclosed parking garage. Positioned on more than four acres at the western gateway to Charleston’s historic district, the landmark project features stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Ashley and the Cooper rivers, the Charleston Harbor and the northeastern side of the historic peninsula with premium office space, luxury rental homes and premier dining and retail options.
