Clare Kaye is a financial professional with broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and financial management. She also has direct experience with real estate, financial services, technology and nonprofits.

Clare attended Rider University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. Clare began her career with The Beach Company in 1992 as a Property Accountant. After working as an Assurance Manager with KPGM Peat Marwick, LLP from 1993-1999, Clare returned to The Beach Company as Vice President of Finance Operations. In 2006, she began her own company, Keystone Business Advisory Services, LLC, where she worked for over 12 years. In 2019, Clare returned, again to The Beach Company as a Vice President and Financial Manager.

Clare is responsible for overseeing the accounting for The Beach Investment Fund, investor distributions and reporting, quarterly reporting to the board and annual reporting to the stockholders.

Needless to say, The Beach Company has been a part of her life since 1992. She has helped the company grow and adapt to the changing marketplace over the last 28 years.
