Tim Bowman has been working professionally in the construction industry for 20 years, but his roots began early working for the family business on Long Island, NY. That is where his love of construction and the building environment began.

Tim developed his management skills at Lynchburg College. In 2002, he moved to Washington, DC and worked for Trammell Crow and CBRE as a Project Manager where he managed Retail and Commercial construction projects in Maryland, DC and Virginia. In 2007, he moved to the Charleston area and joined Heery International as a Construction Manager working on projects for Charleston County School District and the South Carolina State Ports Authority. Ultimately, his role developed into Project Manager and Senior Associate.

In 2014, Tim joined The Beach Company. As the Director of Construction, he works with the development team to provide construction management and oversight for new projects. This includes providing pre-construction services, design review, estimates analysis, contractor selection, contract review, contract administration, quality assurance and schedule review. He prides himself on being able to build relationships with all stake holders including architects, engineers, consultants, inspectors, vendors and contractors to ensure a project is well-run and all project goals are met.
