Andrew Dennis joined The Beach Company in 2017 with over 10 years of experience in the legal services industry. Andrew graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina.

He previously represented The Beach Company for nine years while working with Nexsen Pruet in Charleston. During that time, he was able to develop relationships and friendships with many of the staff. Today, Andrew oversees outside legal services and is the General Counsel for The Beach Company and its various affiliates and related companies.

Andrew was a recipient of The Charleston Regional Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40″ award in 2015 and is a graduate of both Leadership Charleston and Leadership Berkeley.
Andrew enjoys the collaborative team environment found at The Beach Company, which he believes gives him the opportunity to work side-by-side with a talented group of individuals that are all experts in their field.
