River Rock
Most recently, The Beach Company broke ground on River Rock, a new mixed-use community in downtown Chattanooga’s popular Riverfront district. Upon completion, the community will offer 16,000 square feet of commercial space in addition to 163 multifamily residences consisting of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans as well as townhomes with attached garages.
