The Beach Company, a leader in residential and commercial real estate, is proud to announce that President and Chief Operating Officer, Dan Doyle, was selected for Charleston Business Magazine’s 50 Most Influential Leaders.
Since 2017, Charleston Business Magazine has honored the 50 Most Influential individuals across the state in Charleston/Lowcountry, Greenville/Upstate, Columbia/Midlands, Grand Strand and Pee Dee regions based on their impact specific to the business, government, education, legal, economic development, and non-profit sectors.
Dan Doyle joined The Beach Company in 2004. Today, as President & Chief Operating Officer, Dan is responsible for the overall operations of The Beach Company and its real estate interests throughout the Southeast. He has over 30 years of real estate industry experience, with the majority spent in the multi-family residential development and management sectors.
Under Doyle’s leadership, the company’s development department has expanded to more than 20 areas in the Southeast to include dynamic cities such as Greenville, SC, Nashville, TN, Richmond, VA, and Huntsville, AL.

Dan’s undergraduate and graduate degrees are from The University of Michigan. His community involvement includes serving on the Board of the Charleston Regional Development Alliance, Operation Home, Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, its Executive Committee and past Chair of its Developer’s Council. Under Dan’s leadership, the company’s footprint has expanded to more than 20 areas in the Southeast to include dynamic emerging cities such as Greenville, SC, Nashville, TN, Richmond, VA, and Huntsville, AL.
