John Reyna joined The Beach Company in 2021 bringing 10 years of experience in architecture, master planning, and finance. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Architecture from the University of Miami.  

John began his career in 2006 as a Credit Analyst with South Carolina Bank and Trust followed by a Financial Analyst role with Wachovia bank where he assisted with the integration with Wells Fargo in 2008.  

From 2012 to 2021, John worked as a Registered Architect in both Florida and Virginia, managing multifamily, mixed use and master planning projects throughout the Carolinas, Virginia and Bahamas.  

In 2021, John joined The Beach Company’s Development Team and has assisted the company’s expansion into North Carolina’s Research Triangle, managing the underwriting, acquisition, entitlement and development of new multifamily projects. John sits on the Kiawah River Architectural Review Board while also providing design review for new Beach Development projects, as part of the company’s Design Committee. He lives on James Island with his wife, daughter and son.
