Jess Wisiackas is a Development Manager at The Beach Company where he is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate development opportunities across the Southeast. Jess leads the entire investment lifecycle including analysis, acquisition, entitlement, development, and disposition of real estate assets.

Prior to The Beach Company, Jess worked at The Meridian Group and Greystar Real Estate Partners. He has over a decade of industry experience with property types including multifamily apartments, build-to-rent, condominiums, senior living, and destination retail. Jess’s background encompassing large-scale mixed-use development to high-end boutique residential lends valuable experience in complex site acquisitions and business plan execution.  

Jess holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
