Jess Wisiackas is a Development Manager at The Beach Company where he focuses on real estate development projects across the Southeast. In his role as Development Manager, Jess oversees the initial underwriting, acquisition, entitlement, development, and disposition of real estate assets.

Prior to The Beach Company, Jess worked at The Meridian Group and Greystar Real Estate Partners where he learned his passion for multifamily housing. He has over a decade of industry experience working across a variety of property types including rental apartments, build-to-rent, condominium, and destination retail. Jess’s background encompassing large-scale mixed-use development to high-end boutique residential lends valuable experience in site selection, placemaking vision, and project execution. 

Jess holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University. He is active in his local community of Mount Pleasant and enjoys spending time with his family when away from the office.
