Morgan Bentivegna joined The Beach Company in 2021 after gaining experience in retail leasing and investment sales across the Northeast. Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Morgan developed an early passion for real estate and mixed-use placemaking through an interest in how cities and neighborhoods evolve and grow. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and currently serves on the Junior Board of the Weiser Center of Real Estate at Ross School of Business.

After graduating from the University of Michigan, Morgan began her career as an Associate at Robert K. Futterman & Associates in New York City, which was later acquired by Newmark. Morgan’s passion for mixed-use development ultimately led her to The Beach Company, headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina. She initially joined the firm as an Analyst, focusing on retail leasing and asset management while managing retail tenant upfits across several mixed-use communities throughout the Southeast. Notably, Morgan contributed to the retail lease-up of The Jasper, The Beach Company’s legacy mixed-use asset in downtown Charleston.

Morgan currently serves as a Development Manager, where she focuses on underwriting, acquisitions, entitlements, development, and disposition of real estate assets. She has contributed to several of the company’s key developments, including Stono Oaks on Johns Island, South Carolina; The Range and The Foundry in Huntsville, Alabama and The Cardinal in Columbia, South Carolina.

Morgan currently oversees Center Point development, the firm’s current lifestyle center under development in Wilmington, North Carolina
