Chad Wieberg serves as Director of Risk Management for The Beach Company, where he oversees the company’s insurance program, strategic risk mitigation efforts, and contractual due diligence across the portfolio. 

Chad manages all aspects of insurance strategy, including policy review, negotiation, renewals, and claims management while acting as the primary liaison between The Beach Company and its insurance partners and external stakeholders. He also leads vulnerability assessments and site reviews to proactively identify and address physical, operational, and legal or compliance-related risks.

Orignially from Wake Forest, North Carolina, Wieberg brings more than 21 years of experience in risk management. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas.
