The Beach Company announced the first tenant coming to The Foundry, a mixed-use community in Huntsville, Ala.
With nearly 100 locations in the U.S., Taziki’s Mediterranean Café will occupy 3,525 square feet at The Foundry’s southeast corner fronting Governor’s Drive. Open daily for lunch and dinner, the healthy, fast-casual eatery will offer a Greek Mediterranean menu, including chicken, steak, lamb feasts, gyros, soups and salads.
“The addition of Taziki’s to The Foundry will provide nearby residents and employees with an easily accessible and health-conscious dining option,” says Tyler Presswood, Asset Management Analyst at The Beach Company. “We are confident that with tenants such as Taziki’s, The Foundry, along with the surrounding developments including The Range, will become a premier destination for Huntsville residents, providing a diverse array of conveniences.”
Located at the gateway into West Huntsville, The Foundry is comprised of four residential buildings, offering 342 Class-A multifamily residences with studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans and three townhome buildings encompassing 14 three-bedroom units, and approximately 9,900 square feet of commercial space.
The Foundry sits next to its sister property, The Range, a 49,229-square-foot Class-A commercial office building, and offers convenient access to downtown Huntsville, Campus 805, the medical district, Research Park and Redstone Arsenal, and STOVEHOUSE, Huntsville’s largest carefully curated work, eat, play, drink and event complex. Additionally, a Food City grocery store will break ground this May, adding another amenity to the Stovehouse District. All assets are thoughtfully connected via a 10-foot-wide pedestrian sidewalk that was recently completed, enhancing access and walkability for employees, residents and visitors.
