The Beach Company Announces Grand Opening of Stono Oaks Apartments

The Beach Company announced the grand opening of Stono Oaks, a new 240-unit apartment community on Johns Island. The grand opening event, held on October 3, featured live music, refreshments and a Lowcountry boil to celebrate the milestone.

“Stono Oaks embodies The Beach Company’s dedication to creating exceptional living spaces, and its grand opening marks a significant achievement for our team,” says Alan McMahon, vice president and senior development manager at The Beach Company. “With a blend of modern luxury and natural beauty, we are confident Stono Oaks will quickly become a cherished home for many on Johns Island, offering residents an opportunity to connect with both their neighbors and environment.”

Located off Bernice Robinson Road, Stono Oaks offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units in a variety of floor plans. Unit interiors feature modern kitchen finishes, including stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes and built-in wine racks, as well as large walk-in closets, luxury vinyl plank flooring, walk-in showers, double vanities and private balconies.

Community amenities include a uniquely designed resort-style pool with a spacious deck, 24/7 fitness center, outdoor pavilion, electric vehicle charging stations, pet park and run, community clubroom and several outdoor gathering areas.  In addition, Stono Oaks’ natural setting among dozens of grand oak trees will be a feature for residents right outside their front door.
