The Beach Company Announces Two New Hires and Two Interns
The Beach Company, a leader in residential and commercial real estate brokerage, development and property management, announced a new hire and two interns joining the company.
Savannah Burgess has been hired as leasing consultant at The Jasper, a luxury mixed-use community located in historic downtown Charleston. In this role, Burgess will be responsible for assisting with residents’ needs, leading tours, handling day-to-day operations and completing administrative reports. Originally from North Carolina, Burgess earned her bachelor’s degree in historic preservation from The College of Charleston and previously served as leasing consultant at Crowne at 170 in Bluffton, S.C.
Megan Tillery has been hired as assistant manager of the Spring House, Kiawah River’s waterfront swim and fitness club, where she will assist the property manager and their team with day-to-day operations. Originally from Dillon, S.C., Tillery earned her bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Lander University. Prior to this role, Tillery served at the Kiawah Island Club for eight years, where she grew from front desk agent to spa director.
Rohan Shah is currently a senior at The Citadel pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in data science and economics. Originally from Chicago, Shah will be interning with the Beach Real Estate Funds team, where he will assist across all acquisitions, investor relations and asset management functions.
Emily Murray is currently a senior at the College of Charleston pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in healthcare and medical services management. Murray will be interning with The Beach Company and Kiawah River marketing teams, where she will collaborate on various projects, including contributions to digital and print deliverables, website enhancements, blog creation and social media management.
