Setting the architectural standard in Charleston’s historic district, The Jasper will include 219 luxury rental homes, 75,000 square feet of AAA-office space and 25,000 square feet of first-floor retail space with an enclosed parking garage.

The Beach Company recently announced the topping out of The Jasper, a new luxury 12-story mixed-use building located in Charleston’s iconic Harleston Village neighborhood. Positioned on more than four acres at the western gateway to Charleston’s historic district at 310 Broad St., the new landmark property will feature stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Ashley and the Cooper rivers, the Charleston Harbor and the historic peninsula with premium office space, luxury rental homes and premier dining and retail options. The mixed-use community is scheduled to open later this year.

The Beach Company is currently leasing The Jasper’s office and retail space and has an open residential reservation list. The first rental residences are scheduled for late 2020 occupancy.

The Jasper is designed by Antunovich Associates of Chicago in partnership with LS3P and DesignWorks of Charleston. The project’s general contractor is Balfour Beatty.
