As Vice President and Director of Operations, JC’s responsibilities focus on the strategic oversight of The Beach Company’s operating platform across multiple business divisions, including Property Management, Asset Management, Commercial Brokerage, Marketing, Shareholder Relations, and general operations. In addition to his management responsibilities, JC facilitates the execution of the Company’s Strategic Plan, supports business development efforts, and assists with the evaluation of new investment opportunities.

Prior to his current role, JC served as The Beach Company’s Development Manager, overseeing multiple ground-up development projects across the Southeast. Before joining the Company, he spent five years as a commercial broker with Southeast Venture in Nashville, Tennessee, executing a diverse range of transactions, including several development assignments for The Beach Company that supported the expansion of its multifamily footprint across Nashville, Chattanooga, and Huntsville.

JC holds an undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s in Business from The Citadel. He is actively involved in the Charleston community and currently serves on several boards, including the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce and East Cooper Community Outreach. JC is also a member of the Charleston Regional Development Alliance, the Urban Land Institute, and the Citadel School of Business Coaching Program, among other organizations.
