The Beach Company announced a new tenant at The Range, a commercial office building at Huntsville’s western gateway on Governors Drive. Arrow Electronics, a global provider of technology services, specializing in electronic components, enterprise computing and intelligent solutions and supply chain solutions, is the fifth tenant at The Range.
Arrow Electronics will occupy all remaining space on the first floor of The Range, leaving just one 10,000 square-foot suite left available that could be demised into two suites on the second floor.
“Arrow Electronics’ decision to relocate to The Range is a testament to the sustained growth and appeal of the thriving Huntsville area,” says Morgan Bentivegna, Development Associate at The Beach Company. “We are proud of our team’s work to secure this top-tier tenant, and look forward to welcoming Arrow Electronics to the growing list of companies that call The Range home.”
The Range offers 49,229 square feet of Class-A commercial office space, featuring ample parking, an open courtyard adjacent to the lobby and convenient access to nearby restaurants. Inspired by Huntsville’s aerospace history and booming technology industries, the three-story building’s modern steel and glass structure maximizes natural light to create open interiors and high-end finishes.
The Range offers convenient access to downtown Huntsville, Campus 805, the medical district, Research Park and Redstone Arsenal, and is well-positioned next to The Beach Company’s sister property, The Foundry, a recently completed 342-unit mixed-use multifamily and townhouse development that is currently leasing residences, and STOVEHOUSE, Huntsville’s largest carefully curated work, eat, play, drink and event complex. Additionally, a brand-new, 10-foot-wide pedestrian sidewalk connecting the three developments was recently completed, increasing access and walkability for employees, residents and visitors.
Crunkleton Commercial Real Estate Group managed the leasing efforts.
