The Beach Company is pleased to announce the grand opening of Taziki’s Mediterranean Café, the first retail tenant at The Foundry, a mixed-use community in Huntsville.
Occupying 3,525 square feet in The Foundry’s southeast corner fronting Governor’s Drive, Taziki’s is a healthy, fast-casual eatery offering a Greek-Mediterranean-inspired menu with flavorful dishes, including gyros, soups, salads and signature feasts made with chicken, steak and lamb. Open daily for lunch and dinner, Taziki’s provides a convenient dining option for Huntsville residents and visitors.
“The grand opening of Taziki’s is an exciting milestone for The Foundry, marking the arrival of our first retail tenant,” said Tyler Presswood, Asset Management Analyst at The Beach Company. “Taziki’s introduces a vibrant mix of fresh, healthy flavors to the area, enhancing the local dining scene and offering a welcoming space that complements the community’s dynamic atmosphere.”
Located at the gateway into West Huntsville, The Foundry is comprised of four residential buildings, offering 342 Class-A multifamily residences with studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans and three townhome buildings encompassing 14 three-bedroom units, and approximately 9,900 square feet of commercial space.
The Foundry sits adjacent to its sister property, The Range, a 49,229-square-foot Class-A commercial office building, and offers convenient access to downtown Huntsville, Campus 805, the medical district, Research Park, Redstone Arsenal and STOVEHOUSE, Huntsville’s largest curated work, eat, play, drink and event complex. Additionally, a Food City grocery store is under construction, adding another amenity to the Stovehouse District. Both The Foundry and The Range are thoughtfully connected via a 10-foot-wide pedestrian sidewalk, enhancing access and walkability.
