Charleston’s oldest locally family owned full-service commercial real estate firm, Beach Commercial, a Division of The Beach Company, and Beach Residential is pleased to announce that four of its team members have received prestigious 2023 awards within the company.

Eddie Hughes has been honored with the title of 2023 Commercial Agent of the Year, while Carmichael Harrison has been recognized as the recipient of the 2023 Commercial Captain’s Cup.

This award marks Eddie Hughes’ fifth consecutive win as Agent of the Year, underscoring his exceptional contribution to the company’s success, with a total volume of $18.8 million. In 2023, Hughes’ expertise and dedication led to an astounding 42 successful sales and leasing transactions.

Carmichael Harrison has received the 2023 Commercial Captain’s Cup, an award reserved for the agent who has demonstrated exceptional success in gross income growth compared to the previous year. Harrison’s accomplishment includes orchestrating 78 sale and leasing transactions, resulting in an impressive total volume of $13.8 million.

In addition, Beach Residential announces Russell Robinson as 2023 Agent of the Year with a gross sales of $18,555,500 with 23 closed deals. This is Russell’s first time winning.  Taking the Captains Cup in 2023 is Hayley Mitchell Smith with a total of 6 closed deals and sale volume of $9.62M.
