Beach Commercial, Charleston’s oldest locally owned commercial real estate firm and the full-service commercial brokerage division of The Beach Company, announced the leasing of a 6,073-square-foot medical office space at Live Oak Square, Johns Island’s newest mixed-use development.

Carlmichael Harrison and Eddie Hughes of Beach Commercial represented the landlord, Crowne Partners Inc., in the execution of the lease to Germain Dermatology Associates, PA. The tenant, which currently has offices in Mount Pleasant, Summerville and Pawleys Island, will offer full dermatological and cosmetic services to Johns Island residents.

Earlier this year, Beach Commercial represented Crowne Partners, Inc., in exclusively managing the entire lease-up of retail in Live Oak Square to diverse tenants, including Blu Oyster restaurant, ISI Elite Training, Island Provisions, The Woodruff wine bar, Cabana Burgers & Shakes, Tolli’s Trattoria, Kiss Cafe, Charleston Gents Barbering, Serenity Spa & Nails, Live For Wellness, Alendry Whole Pet, Design Gaps Charleston, and Harlow hair salon with second-floor medical office tenants including Roper St. Francis Primary Care, Cypress Family Dental and Holy City Orthodontics. The property still has two second-floor office suites available for lease, both of which are approximately 1,200 square feet.

Developed, owned and managed by Crowne Partners, Inc., Live Oak Square is a 10-acre community combining retail and office space in six buildings situated in front of Crowne at Live Oak Square, a 282-unit luxury apartment community.
