BEACH COMPANY ANNOUNCES SIX NEW HIRES

The Beach Company is pleased to announce two new hires in Charleston and four new hires within its Columbia-based developments.

Nate Blackburn has been hired as a corporate accountant at The Beach Company’s headquarters in Charleston, S.C. In his role, Blackburn will help manage all of the accounting functions for The Beach Co. and its entities. Blackburn brings valuable industry and related experience, previously working as an accountant for a CPA firm in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Erin Taylor joins The Beach Company as a resident account specialist for The Jasper, a new luxury 12-story mixed-use building located in Charleston’s iconic Harleston Village neighborhood. Taylor has her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the University of South Carolina, and she brings invaluable industry experience, previously working as a community manager at Greystar. Born and raised in Charleston, Taylor currently resides on James Island with her husband and “fur” children.

Lauren Bailey has been hired as property manager of The Beach Company’s Providence Park multifamily community in Columbia, S.C. Bailey previously served as property manager at various communities with Peaks Real Estate, First Communities Management and Wood Partners, among others. She earned undergraduate degrees from George Mason University in both Spanish linguistics and international business.

Juliana Galletti has been hired as a leasing consultant for The Beach Company’s Sola Station at Canalside, a mixed-use community located in Columbia, S.C. In this role, Galletti will work directly with Sola Station’s tenants. After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida in 2018, Galletti received her master’s degree in voice performance from the University of South Carolina in 2020.

Ashlee Washington joins The Beach Company as a leasing consultant at the Canalside Lofts in Columbia, S.C. Washington will help manage commercial leasing and marketing procedures in addition to communicating with and assisting the community’s residents. After earning her Associate of Applied Science degree from the Culinary Institute of Charleston at Trident Technical College in 2018, Washington worked at Henrietta’s, The Dewberry hotel’s in-house brasserie, before transferring to the hotel’s guest services department.

Morgan Dixon has been hired by The Beach Company as an assistant property manager at the Canalside Lofts in Columbia, S.C. Dixon will process new tenant applications, execute leases, communicate directly with residents and assist in marketing. A South Carolina native, Dixon earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations at the University of South Carolina, and she additionally has her property management license.
