Chase Williston joined The Beach Company in 2019 with more than 10 years of experience in real estate development. He is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College.

Chase joined The Beach Company after spending 7 years as an integral member of the multifamily and mixed-use development team at Johnson Development Associates. As Director of Predevelopment, he worked on both the east and west coast development platforms, managing the due diligence, design, entitlement, permitting, budgeting and contract negotiation. He also assisted in the final underwriting and acquisition of multifamily sites in over 20 markets across the United States.

As the Director of Development of Kiawah River, Chase is responsible for managing its development team and overseeing the financial management and development activities of the 2,000-acre mixed-use project on Johns Island.
